Funeral Announcements for January 28, 2026

The family of Beverly Sue Simmons, 73, of Otterville, will receive friends from 12 to 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28 at Heckart Funeral Home, where funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery near Syracuse.

The family of Janet Gant, 82, of Otterville, will receive friends beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31 at Heckart Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Private burial will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville.

Funeral service for Dennis Lowell Barnes, 76, of Cole Camp,  will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28 at St. John's Lutheran Church near Cole Camp.  Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp.  Arrangements by Fox Funeral Home.

A memorial service for Delores Ann Maples, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Sacred Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
