Court Cases Resolved - July 14

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from July 14 through July 17, 2017.

Monica Snider: age 45, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year consecutive sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Timothy L. Peck: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Robbery in the 2nd Degree.

Hayden Rhorer: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentence to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Brian J. Young: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Involuntary Manslaughter in the First Degree.

Spencer A. Watson: age 18, Lincoln, NE was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 for Sexual Misconduct involving a Child by Coercion or Inducement.

Artemio Pacheco: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 120 days in the Pettis County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Candace Yingling: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 180 day sentences in the Pettis County Jail on two separate matter (1 count Stealing and 1 count Abuse of an Elderly Person).

John R. Hicks: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentence to 180 days in the Pettis County Jail for Property Damage in the 1st Degree.
