Alta Delta Kappa Rummage Sale June 4

The 50-plus retired teachers of the Beta Alpha chapter of ADK will host a rummage sale, bake sale, and plant sale June 4 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 3700 W. Broadway, in the auditorium, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Items for sale include crafts, books, home décor, clothing, toys, tread mill, Roman chair, massage table, dining room ceiling light with matching kitchen light, seasonal décor, and many other items.

Proceeds from past sales have enabled the chapter to present local and area graduating seniors with $750 scholarships.

The public has continued to support this scholarship rummage sale and bake sale for many years. This year, they are also adding a plant sale with proceeds going to Relay For Life.

The result of this support has made it possible for Beta Alpha to promote the college educations of many local area students. Alpha Delta Kappa (ADK) is an international honorary Sorority for women educators.
