Sedalia Parks & Recreation will host a Father's Day fishing derby on Friday, June 18, at Clover Dell Lake, starting at 7 p.m.
Registration is free but participants must do so by June 16.
There will be prizes, snacks and fun. A total of 100 fishing poles will be available to borrow, courtesy of the Missouri Department of Conservation. Worms will be provided as bait.
