Running Resolutions, a local non-profit, will be hosting a free screening of the award winning documentary, “Skid Row Marathon.”

Running Resolutions says the film follows four runners as they rise from the mean streets of LA to run marathons around the world, fighting the pull of homelessness and addiction at every turn. It is described as a story of hope, friendship, and dignity!

The screening takes place June 11, at the Liberty Center, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The Liberty Center is located at 111 W. 5th Street in Sedalia.

Running Resolutions is an inclusive organization that facilitates personal growth while navigating life's challenges by providing an outlet through physical fitness and mental wellness. They offer programs for both adult and youth participants and will be accepting donations to fund their youth Track & Field, youth Cross-Country and Adult programs.
