Santa’s Helpers Memorial Toy Run Is November 6

The 19th annual Santa's Helpers Memorial Toy Run, in memory of Duke Paxton and Lois Davis, will be held Sunday, Nov. 6.
The event will begin at the Cole Camp Fire Station at 12:30 p.m., and sandwiches, chips and drinks will be served at Yeager's Cycle Sales in Sedalia from 1 to 2 p.m.
Then, a Sedalia Police escort will take bikers to the Sedalia Salvation Army, 1200 E. Broadway, where toys will be delivered at 2:15. All toys and monetary donations will go directly to the Sedalia Salvation Army.
In addition, a contest for the best-decorated bike will be held and door prizes will be given away.
