Ward Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, located at the corner of Osage and Pettis, will serve its Laymen Brisket Dinner Oct. 5 starting at 11 a.m.
On the menu will be smoked brisket, baked beans, potato salad, fried cabbage, dessert and drink.
