With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, it’s time to start thinking about plans for you and your significant other. Living in Warrensburg, it may seem like there aren’t a lot of options for the evening. Well, my friend, you would be wrong. Warrensburg, being a college town and all, has a plethora of restaurants that should make for an exciting evening. Let’s take a look at what Warrensburg has to offer, shall we?

Players Restaurant

Debatably one of the nicest restaurants in town, Players has a nice environment and good food, but is a little on the pricey side. One of the nice things about Players is that it’s fairly quiet inside the restaurant, so you can actually have a conversation with whomever you’re with.

“We're well-known for our pastas and Greek entrees, so stop in and give your taste buds a treat!

We offer a variety of food and pride ourselves on quality, and offer one of the best dining facilities in Warrensburg. Join us on our outdoor patio, or reserve our 3,000 square foot banquet facility for your next party or event."

Heroes Restaurant & Pub

Heroes, located on Pine Street, provides a nice dining setting with good burgers. I especially like that one of the burgers is named the “Warrensburger.” Gets me every time. I’d also recommend getting a pitcher of Unknown. You won’t regret it.

“Freshly cut fries, hand-breaded onion rings, hand pattied burgers and hand cut steaks are only a few of Heroes' specialties. The "Unknown Hero" was made famous at Heroes Bar and is a local favorite”

Siam

With all of the burger joints and fast food places located in Warrensburg, Siam is a nice change of pace. Siam is a Chinese/Thai restaurant and is one of the more unique restaurants in town. It’s a quiet setting with good food. I always get the chicken Pad Thai, but they have a lot of spicy food options if you’re into that sort of thing.

Copper Coyote

Copper Coyote

Warrensburg has several Mexican restaurants, but in my opinion, one stands out above the rest. While not the most fancy restaurant, Copper Coyote has good food and is reasonably priced.

Rib Crib

Rib Crib

Not necessarily the fanciest place to go on a date, but Rib Crib has arguably the best food in town. Rib Crib has more than just ribs, they have a wide array of barbecue. Of course, if you’re not a fan of barbecue then I’d suggest you look the other way. If you do like barbecue, then Rib Crib is a fine choice and you’ll get your money’s worth.

Wasn’t that fun? Hopefully this list has given you an idea of where to spend your Valentine’s evening and you’re already booking your reservation. Remember, Warrensburg may seem like a small college town, but it has a lot of fantastic restaurants that should make your Valentine’s evening more enjoyable.
