There was a four person fatal accident on Highway 50, Friday night (Oct. 10) on Highway 50 in Morgan County, just east of Highway 135 around 8:30 at night.

A vehicle driven by 22-year-old Kelsey Toebben was driving eastbound on Highway 50, trying to pass a tractor trailer and hit a westbound vehicle head-on, driven by 42-year-old Philip Allen of Rolla.

Toebben was pronounced dead at the scene by the Morgan County Coroner. The only passenger in Toebben's vehicle was 25-year-old Justin Gaddis, of Knob Noster, and he was transported to University Hospital and pronounced dead on Saturday morning.

There were four people in the vehicle driven by Philip Allen. Philip Allen and 44-year-old Carin Allen were pronounced dead at the scene, 14-year-old Patrick Allen was transported to University Hospital in Columbia and listed in serious condition and 12-year-old Corrina Allen was transported to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City by Lifeflight Eagle and listed in serious condition.
