Funeral Announcements for April 18, 2023

Funeral service for Melinda Gayle Stansbury, 83, of Lee’s Summit, formerly of Sedalia, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 19 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time.

Graveside service for Ila Loydean Morrison, 88, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 17 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for Janet R. Luetjen, 75, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 21 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, St. Patrick Chapel. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Gary Charlie Brown, 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, at the Korner Lounge. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Visitation for Henry Louis Vogler, 95, rural Green Ridge, will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, at the First United Methodist Church in Cole Camp with a celebration of life and memorial service for Henry to begin at 11 a.m.  Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post No. 305 of Cole Camp. Lunch will be served after the service. Arrangements in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Prayers of the Rosary for Mass of Christian Burial for Janet R. Luetjen, 75, of Sedalia, will begin at 5 p.m. Monday, April 17, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pilot Grove, with visitation to follow until 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, at the church. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery at Clear Creek. Arrangements are in care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove.

Memorial service for Frederick Earl Doty, 84, Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 17 at Heckart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Inurnment for William Noah Rogers, 96, of Sedalia,will be held at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A memorial service for Brady D. Jaco, 77, of Otterville, will begin at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 30, at First Baptist Church, Otterville with visitation to follow until 6 p.m., in the church fellowship hall. Arrangements are under the direction of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home.

Graveside service for Betty Marie Callahan, 87, of Sedalia, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19 at Crown Hill Cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Sedalia Animal Shelter.  Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A prayer service for Kyle Andrew Riley, 45, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 18 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m., until service time Tuesday, April 18 at the funeral home. Private family burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
