Funeral Announcements for January 1, 2025

A graveside celebration of life for Ed Colvin, 49, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. January 3 at Highland Sacred Gardens. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for Carole Jean Salmon, 82, of Jefferson City, formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2 at the Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Rhonda Jean Estenbaum Hollingsworth, 64, of Warsaw, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Lawrence Wilbert Vollmer, 70, of Green Ridge, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4 at Heckart Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at a later date in St. John’s Cemetery, Clear Creek.  Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Ralph Louis Moriarty, 83 of Sedalia, will be announced at a later date.

Funeral service for Kenneth Leroy Hays, 88, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family of Travis Shane Harms, 42, of Sedalia, will announce a celebration of life gathering at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A combined celebration of life for Clyde Russell Rotramel, 71, of Smithton, along with his daughter Angela Rotramel, will be held from 10 to 12 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9 with full military honors conducted by the United States Air Force and VFW Post #2591 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for James Dennis Culbertson, 77, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 to 12 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Judi Mae (Sparks) Rogers, 66, of Sedalia, will be held from 11 a.m., to 1 p.m. Jan. 4 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
