Funeral Announcements for January 28, 2021

A private Mass of Christian Burial for Jack Francis Veulemans, of Sedalia, formerly of Tipton, will be held at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Tipton.  Although the funeral will be limited to family only, it will be livestreamed on Meisenheimer Funeral Home’s Facebook page at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30. There will be no formal visitation, but friends are welcome to pay their respects and sign the guest book between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29 at Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton. A public graveside service and burial with military honors will be held at a future date at St. Andrew’s Cemetery.

A memorial service for Martha A. Bridges, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church Saturday, Feb. 13. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A graveside memorial service and Inurnment for Edythe Louise Ward, 95, of Sedalia, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A graveside service and burial for Benjamin Wayne Bell, 37, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There will be no formal service held for Patty Gene Farris, 84, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

There will be no services held for Herman LaLanda, 97, of Warsaw. There will be a family memorial service held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A private family burial for Gayle Allen, 78, of Windsor, formerly of Phoenix, Ariz., will be held at Hickory Point Cemetery in Green Ridge at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

A Celebration of Life for Lee Garner Weir, 88, of Sedalia, will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Jan. 28, at Rea Funeral Chapel. Inurnment with full military honors conduct by U.S. Navy honors team and Sedalia VFW Post #2591 will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Graveside services for Anne M. Hamilton, 96, of Independence, formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Crown Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Thursday at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

Visitation for Teresa Louise Neeley, 67 of Sedalia, will be held from 1 p.m. until service time on Friday, Jan. 29, at Heckart Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
