Funeral Announcements for July 21, 2017

Memorial services for Lorine Lee Austin, 72, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 21 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Raymond E. Hays, Jr. will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 21 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held at the chapel one hour prior to the service. A private graveside committal service will be held at a later date.

Memorial services for Joe Jarrett Scroggins, Jr., 79, of Warsaw will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, at First Baptist Church of Warsaw. Burial will follow in Shawnee Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.

Services for Pamela Sue Long, 72, of Nevada, will be Monday July 24 at 2 p.m. at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel with visitation from 1 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations to Hospice of Nevada in care of the funeral chapel.

Edward W. Staley, 86, of Sedalia, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Four Seasons Living Center. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
