Funeral Announcements for March 23, 2023

Private graveside service and inurnment for Delores Mae Butler, 92, of Sedalia, will take place at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A Celebration of Life for Tonya Lynn Waller, 54, of Knob Noster, will be 5 p.m., Friday, March 24 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4 p.m., until service time.

Visitation for Dennis Ray Davis, 84, of Sedalia, will be held from 12:30 p.m. until service time at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sedalia on Thursday, March 23.  Memorial services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the church.  Inurnment for Dennis and Erma will be immediately following the memorial service at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Bill Joe Griffith Sr., 84, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 24 at Calvary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 23 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.

A celebration of life for Gary Charlie Brown, 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, at the Korner Lounge. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Visitation for Roy Francis Kirby, 83, of Mount Leonard, Missouri, will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 24, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Services will follow at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services with military rites will be held at the Missouri State Veterans’ Cemetery in Higginsville.

Memorial service for Norma Jean Rabbers, 89, of Grand Prairie, Texas, formerly of Cole Camp. will be held at 11 a.m. April 6, at Union-Williams Church near Cole Camp with  burial in Union-Williams Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fox Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life for Nancy J. Welch, 74, of Sedalia, will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, March 27, at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Higginsville.
