Funeral Announcements for March 19, 2026

A Celebration of Life for Gary S. Bennett, Sr., 70, of Sedalia, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at the Heckart Family Center, 915 S. Ohio Ave., Sedalia.

A celebration of life for Mickey Adell Snider, 69, of Sedalia,  will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 20 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Mary Virginia Hockaday, 65, of Sedalia, will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 21 with a location to be determined. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Vigil Prayer Service for Deacon Turf D. Martin, 71, of Sedalia, will be held at 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 20 at Sacred Heart Chapel of Saint Vincent de Paul Parish. Visitation will follow from 5 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21 at Sacred Heart Chapel of Saint Vincent de Paul Parish. A luncheon will be held following Mass in the basement of St. Patrick Chapel, followed by burial at St. John the Evangelist Cemetery in Bahner.

Inurnment for Cheryl Ann McGinnis Kalkman, 65, of Versailles, will be at a later date at Fristoe Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral arrangements are pending at this time for Leuanna Larimore, 61, of Eldon. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
