Two residents from Green Ridge and Marshall were taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center late Saturday night after a vehicle collision in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck just after 10:00, on Highway 65 at Highway HH.

According to the online crash report, a 1994 Buick crossed 65 Highway into the path of a 2010 Chevy, causing the vehicles to collide and travel off the road.

The driver of the Buick, 21-year old Shadow D. Bain, of Green Ridge, suffered moderate injuries, and a passenger in the Chevy, 62-year old John C. Lewis, of Marshall, suffered minor injuries.

Bain and Lewis were both taken to Bothwell, by PCAD, for treatment.

The Pettis County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
