Green Ridge Woman Injured in 2-Vehicle Wreck

A 33-year old Green Ridge woman suffered moderate injuries Sunday afternoon in a Benton County wreck.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just after 1:00, on Highway 65 at Cheese Creek Road.

According to the online crash report, a northbound 2005 Dodge pulled into the path of a 2014 Ford. The Dodge ended up colliding with the Ford on the passenger side.

A passenger in the Ford, 33-year old Angela R. Benham, suffered moderate injuries in the wreck. She was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, by Cole Camp EMS, for treatment.

The report indicates the driver of the Ford, 29-year old Christopher T. Hampton, and the driver of the Dodge, 89-year old Alice J. Liebel, of Ionia, were not injured in the accident.
