The Sedalia Healthy Living Action Group will host Aqua Aerobics on July 20.

This free class is a part of the Healthy Living Action Group's Moving 101 community health and wellness initiative. It will be led by Cindy Atkinson at the Centennial Park Pool and begin at 6:30 pm.

"We want to provide an alternative form of exercise for which the community may come together," said Melissa Boeschen, community outreach coordinator at Bothwell Regional Health Center and chair of the Health Living Action Group. "Moving 101 is about giving people a reason to try different activities for the first time, or maybe do something they haven't done in a while, with the hope that they will enjoy it enough to continue to do it on a regular basis."

All Moving 101 activities are free and open to the public and include children activities.
