Houstonia Boy Injured in Pettis County Wreck
A 16-year-old juvenile from Houstonia was moderately injured in a one-vehicle wreck that occurred Saturday morning in Pettis County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 16-year-old male from Houstonia was the driver of a southbound 2002 Dodge Dakota on Route K, north of Route D in Pettis County at 10:50 a.m. Nov. 30 when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
The boy was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by private vehicle, the report said. He was wearing a safety device.
The Dakota had extensive damage.
