The fair, held in Sedalia, is gearing up for a wide range of performances and entertainment from August 13 through August 23. In addition to live music, attendees can enjoy tractor pulls, modified racing, and more.

I’ve never been to a state fair, and every year I say this will be the year I go—but life always seems to get in the way.
