James A. Richardson, 59

James A. Richardson, 59, of Sedalia, died March 29, 2013.  He was born November 21, 1953, the son of Charles and Erma Jeanne (Harrison) Richardson.  James and Cynthia Middleton were married February 28, 2009.   James was a jolly jokester.  He loved to tease those around him and his family and friends were very important to him.  James loved living in Sedalia and never wanted to leave.   James worked at Ewing Vocational Center for over 17 years.  He was proud of his work as a gardener and was looking forward to the growing season as the nusery began its second year.  James enjoyed his work and the many co-workers he worked with.   James is survived by his mother; his sister, Jennifer DeLapp and her husband, John of Higginsville; 2 brothers, Joe Randy Richardson, of Norbourne, MO and Jack Anthony Richardson, of Sedalia, MO; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.   James was preceded in death by his father; his wife, Cynthia; his sister, Melody Lee Brown; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.   Jame will be honored with a Celebration of Life Service at 10:00AM, Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Parkview Christian Chuech with Rev. Rodney Brown officiating.   Memorial contributions may be made to Jeanne Richardson in care of Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home.
