Johnson County Arrest Reports for Nov. 6, 2018
On Saturday (Nov 3), a Johnson County Deputy arrested 29-year old Jeremy C. Kurtz, of rural Holden for 1st Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Burglary, and Property Damage. Kurtz was placed on a twenty-four hold at the Johnson County Jail, pending formal charges.
On Friday evening (Nov 2), Johnson County Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of SE 201 in Warrensburg for a report of domestic disturbance. 35-year old David M. Fagundes, of rural Warrensburg, was arrested and taken to the Johnson County Jail. Then on November 3, a warrant for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child was obtained for Fagundes, with a bond of $25,000.
Early Sunday morning (Nov 4), the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 22-year old Brett D. Leonard, of Centerview, for DWI and Supplying Liquor to a minor.
