Johnson County Freightliner Rollover Injures One Man

A 32-year old Kansas man was injured in a Johnson County rollover wreck Thursday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just after 11:00, on Highway 50 at NW 500 Road.

According to the online crash report, a westbound 2016 Freightliner traveled off the right side of the road, then over corrected and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The Freightliner then struck a ditch and overturned, coming to rest on its top.

The driver, 32-year old Ernie W. Morris, of Kansas City, KS, suffered moderate injuries in the wreck. He was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital, by JCAD, for treatment.
