Johnson County Vehicle Accident Injures One Woman

A 24-year old woman from North Carolina was injured in a one-vehicle accident in Johnson County late Friday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just before 11:00, on on Highway 50 just east of NW 751 Road.

According to the online crash report, a 2008 Nissan struck a deer in the roadway, causing minor injuries for a passenger, Sheila A. Calvert, of Concord, North Carolina.

Calvert was seeking her own medical treatment.

The report indicates the driver was not injured.
