Linda Lea “Sweet Pea” Salmons, 72

Linda Lea "Sweet Pea" Salmons, 72, of Sedalia, passed away Sunday, March 20th, 2016 at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia. She was born on December 1, 1943 in Sedalia, the daughter of Ellis Greer and Thelma Brinker, who preceded her in death.

Linda enjoyed bingo, yahtzee, casinos, shopping at thrift stores, and life with her friends.

She is survived by two children, David Greer of Sedalia and Ellen Cardwell of Sedalia; two sisters, Bonnie Bender and Connie Ahnen, both of Sedalia; five grandchildren, Jordan, Kyle, Jerica, Kira, and Jenna; and one great granddaughter, Baylee.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Greer; and two sisters, Shirley Carwile and Patricia Simmons.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia, with Pastor Ben Hopkins officiating.
