The owner of a suburban St. Louis party bus has died, days after he was hit by a stolen pickup truck fleeing a robbery.

The St. Louis Medical Examiner’s office says 54-year-old Mike Arnold of O’Fallon, Missouri, died Thursday.

Arnold was the owner of a 14-passenger party bus called Gus, Gus Fun Bus. He was struck by fleeing carjackers Saturday in the city of St. Louis. Police say Arnold was struck intentionally.

A 20-year-old man and 18-year-old woman are jailed in connection with the crime.
