Sedalia Police arrested a 27-year-old man with a First Degree Burglary warrant from Pettis County on Sunday.

Police say Christopher Clough was observed walking in the area of Broadway and Engineer when his information was ran through dispatch, which advised that he had a possible warrant out of Pettis County. That warrant for First Degree Burglary was confirmed.

Clough reportedly ran after being contacted by police, and was arrested after a short foot pursuit. In addition to the original warrant, police are also seeking charges of resisting arrest.

Clough was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail.
