Missouri Father and Son Charged With Assault By Using Axe Handles In Attack

CASSVILLE, Mo. (AP) — A southwestern Missouri father and son are accused of using axe handles in the attack of a 17-year-old. The father is charged in Barry County with first degree-assault, armed criminal action and first-degree property damage. His son faces the assault and armed criminal action counts. The alleged victim managed to drive 15 miles to the hospital.
