ADVANCE, Mo. (AP) — A state appeals court has ruled a Missouri man has no grounds for appealing his second-degree murder conviction. Glen Evans was sentenced to 25 years behind bars for his role in the 2013 death of Sean Crow in Advance, Missouri. In his appeal, Evans questioned sufficiency of evidence and claimed his statements to public should not have been allowed because he was intoxicated at the time.
