State Fair Campers Arrive in Sedalia
The State Fair campers have arrived in Sedalia. The Centennial gate opened early this morning for hundreds of them to line up on the grounds so they could enter the campgrounds at 9. (photos were taken just after 6:30)
And the Society Horse Show is currently in its second day at the Mathewson Exhibition Center. Their shows ends on Saturday.
The 2026 Missouri State Fair begins Thursday, Aug. 13. Opening ceremony is at 11. And a ribbon cutting for the newly restored 4-H Building is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
