Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Reports for December 27, 2017

A 48-year-old Sedalia woman was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center after she lost control of a 2003 Volkswagen that ran off the roadway December 26 on U.S. 50 in Pettis County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Debbie L. Freels suffered minor injuries. The vehicle was extensively damaged and towed from the scene.

A Lincoln, Nebraska woman was killed December 26 in an accident that injured several people on I-435 in Platte County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the woman was attempting to get out of a 2006 Volvo that had been involved in a single-vehicle accident, when a 2002 Pontiac lost control on the roadway and struck the Volvo. 79-year-old Annabelle F. Kovar was pronounced dead at the scene just after 11 a.m.
