This year's Missouri High School Athletic Association State Championship game sites are yet to be determined. According to the MSHSAA site all championships will be played on December 4.

8-Man - Mound City defeated Livingston County, 82-46
Class 1 - Valle Catholic defeated Lincoln, 30-27
Class 2 - Lutheran North defeated Ava, 46-0
Class 3 - Odessa defeated Cassville, 49-28
Class 4 - Webb City defeated Platte County, 48-0
Class 5 - Carthage defeated Jackson, 27-21 (1 OT)
Class 6 - DeSmet defeated Joplin, 35-20.
