Sedalia man arrested on a failure to appear warrant Tuesday morning

At 4:26am Tuesday morning Sedalia police responded to a residence in the 1700 block of Heck avenue on a disturbance. Upon arrival officers made contact with 39-year-old Jason Lamar of Sedalia, who was found to have a failure to appear warrant. Lamar was arrested and taken to the Pettis County jail pending a $10,000 bond with 10% cash only.

31-year-old Sedalia man arrested on a warrant early Wednesday morning

Around 1am this Wednesday morning Sedalia Police arrested 31-year-old Shannon Dale Davis of Sedalia on an active failure to appear warrant. He was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending an $88.50 bond.

Assault complaint investigated on Woodlawn Drive Tuesday night

At 7:45 Tuesday night Sedalia Police took an assault complaint from a female victim in the 2500 block of Woodlawn Drive. According to the complainant a suspect pushed her down some stairs, and kicked her multiple times. The police report states the woman did not appear to have injuries.

Tuesday night a victim in the 700 block of East 5th reported someone picked up a prescription she had ordered from CVS Pharmacy without her permission. There was no information on a suspect in the police report.
