MSHP Arrest Reports 12-10-19

Local and area arrest reports over the weekend by the MSHP include the following:

27-year-old Zachary Battles of Tipton was arrested at 2:22 a.m. arrested Dec. 7 in Cooper County. He was charged with DWI, C & I driving, and no seat belt. Battles was taken to the Cooper County Jail.

25-year-old Elizabeth M. Craig of Cole Camp was arrested at 11:50 p.m Dec. 6 in Benton County. She was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (liquid THC), possession of a controlled substance (less than 35 grams of marijuana), equipment violation and no seat belt. Battles was taken to the Benton County Jail, where she was booked and released.

18-year-old Mason B. Knox of Warsaw was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Dec. 8 in Benton County. He was charged with DWI, no insurance and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway. Knox was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.
