MSHP Arrest Reports For April 1, 2021

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Michael D. Schlotman of Warrensburg at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday in Cass County.  He was wanted on three failure to appear warrants out of Bates County, and a Warrensburg Police warrant for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer. Schlotman was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Schlotman was taken to the Cass County Detention Center, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 56-year-old Glendal E. Phares of Eldon at 7 p.m. Monday in Miller County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released for medical treatment. He suffered serious injuries after the 1986 Honda Fourtrax ATV he was driving struck a rock on West Lake View Drive at 6:30 p.m., and the ATV overturned. Phares was taken to Lake Regional Hospital by Miller County EMS.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Nicholas A. Turner of Sedalia at 11:35 a.m. Sunday in Moniteau County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (more than 35 grams of marijuana), and speeding. Turner was released on summons.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 32-year-old Kyle R. Lalanda of Warsaw at 12:01 p.m. Sunday in Morgan County. He was charged with speeding, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lalanda was released on summons.
