MSHP Arrest Reports for August 18, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 51-year-old James S. Lees of Sedalia at 3:52 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and speeding. He was released from the scene.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 59-year-old Jeffrey A. Schmutz of Warsaw at 8:54 p.m. in Benton County. He was charged with Felony DWI, driving while revoked, failure to comply with driver's license restrictions, C & I driving resulting in a crash, and no proof of insurance. He was later released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 30-year-old Anthoni W. Stewart of Warrensburg at 5:34 p.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, a registration violation and no proof of insurance. Stewart was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
