MSHP Arrest Reports For August 24, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 48-year-old Timothy J. Harper of Marshall at 10:25 a.m. Sunday in Cooper County. He was charged with possession of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, prior offender. Harper was released on summons.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 75-year-old Melvin D. Robinson of Marshall at 8:08 p.m. Sunday in Saline County. He was charged with DWI prior offender and driving while revoked. Robinson was taken to the Saline County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old David A. Carroll of Lincoln at 2:16 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with DWI and taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
