MSHP Arrest Reports for August 30, 2019

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 20-year-old Thomas A. Choate of Lincoln at 2:25 a.m. Friday in Benton County. Choate was charged with minor in possession, C& I driving resulting in a motor vehicle crash and no seat belt. He was taken to the Benton County Jail where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 54-year-old Paul B. Lillard of Sedalia at 3:09 a.m. Thursday in Johnson County. Lillard was charged with speeding, felony resisting arrest and was also wanted on a felony warrant out of Madison County, Tenn. He was taken to the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
