MSHP Arrest Reports for January 29, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old James R. Robejsek of Sedalia at 8:52 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no insurance. Robejsek was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 35-year-old Bennett F. Adkisson of Warrensburg at 1:49 a.m. Saturday in Jackson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, lane violation, no registration and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway. Adkisson was also wanted on a misdemeanor warrant out of Independence. Adkisson was taken to the Independence Police Department.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 40-year-old Lindsay A. Graham of Odessa at 4:55 p.m. Saturday in Lafayette County. She was wanted on a felony warrant out of Lafayette County for possession of dangerous drugs. Graham was taken to the Lafayette County Jail.
