MSHP Arrest Reports for July 21, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Christopher Hansen of Windsor at 12:13 a.m. Friday in Pettis County. He faces charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance. Hansen was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Austin D. Menning of Stover at 4:15 a.m. Friday in Morgan County. He faces charges of driving while intoxicated, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash. Menning was taken to the Morgan County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 62-year-old Lisa A Flaugher of Eldon at 6:04 p.m. Thursday in Miller County. She faces charges of driving while intoxicated. Flaugher was released to Capital Regional Hospital Staff.
