MSHP Arrest reports for July 25, 2022

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Jacoby J. Bellard of Marshall at 2:37 a.m. Sunday in Jackson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, lane violation and no insurance. Bellard was taken to the Oak Grove Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 60-year-old Christine Y. Talley of Warsaw at 11:49 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. She was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated. Talley was taken to the Benton County Sheriff's Department, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old David B. Martin of Holden at 10:10 p.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. Martin was taken to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 22-year-old Bailey L. Souder of Marshall at 1:03 a.m. Saturday in Ray County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to signal. Souder was taken to the Ray County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Mark Nikulin of Sedalia at 12:43 a.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Nikullin was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
