MSHP Arrest Reports for July 25, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Jeremy A. Bowers of Knob Noster at 2:50 p.m. Monday in Johnson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated persistent offender, and a lane violation. Bowers was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 52-year-old David M. Peterson of Holden at 9:20 p.m. Sunday in Johnson County. He now faces charges of felony child endangerment, driving while intoxicated, no driver's license, underage passenger not wearing a seat belt, and a seatbelt violation. Peterson was taken to the Johnson County Detention Center, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Lauren L. Runyan of Warsaw at 8:58 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. She now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash. Runyan was taken to the Benton County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 55-year-old Lee D. Marshall of Warrensburg at 12:01 a.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, and traveling in the wrong lane of traffic. Marshall was taken to the Warrensburg Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42-year-old Angela R. Lawrence of Clinton at 8:40 p.m. Sunday in Morgan County. She now faces charges of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a motor vehicle crash, driving whlie revoked, and driving while intoxicated felony aggravated offender. She was taken to the Morgan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 56-year-old Kelly J. Gilmore of Windsor at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday in Johnson County. She is accused of driving while intoxicated, Gilmore was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.
