MSHP Arrest Reports for July 6, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Michael D. Rice of Cole Camp at 4:35 p.m. Sunday in Johnson County. Rice was charged with felony DWI, felony resisting arrest, C&I driving, driving while suspended, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Layne T. Clemons of Slater at 3:30 a.m. Sunday in Saline County. He was charged with DWI and C& I driving resulting in an accident. Clemons was taken to the Saline County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Devin M. Scharnhorst of Marshall at 9:08 p.m. Suturday in Benton County. He was wanted on a felony Saline County warrant. Scharnhorst was taken to the Benton County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 37-year-old Jessica R. Dunnington of Deepwater at 6:09 p.m. Saturday in Henry County. She was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (marijuana, hydrocodone and mushrooms), felony driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dunnington was released.
