MSHP Arrest Reports for March 28, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Maegan Nusser of Sedalia at 1:07 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County. She was charged with DWI and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway resulting in a crash. Nusser was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Justin L. Pruett of Sedalia at 11:27 a.m. Friday in Pettis County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), no seat belt and excessive window tint. Pruett was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Daniel W. Mallonee of Warsaw at 1:50 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He was charged with felony 2nd degree assault and driving while suspended. Mallonee was taken to the Benton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Amber D. Brandes of Sedalia at 1:41 p.m. Monday in Cooper County. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone). Brandes was released at the scene.
