MSHP Arrest Reports for May 15, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Michael J. Leavy of Warrensburg at 10:32 p.m. Thursday in Johnson County. He was charged with felony tampering with a motor vehicle, and driving while suspended. Leavy was released at the scene.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 32-year-old Kenneth L. Millard of Sedalia at 2 p.m. Thursday in Johnson County. He was charged with felony possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Millard was booked and released on scene.
