MSHP Arrest Reports for May 16, 2022

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Devin Z. Moore of Warrensburg at 11:41 p.m., Sunday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated by drugs. Moore was taken to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department for a 12-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Jesus Marcos Herrera of Sedalia at 2:13 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle. Herrera was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Dylan J. Skeens of Warrensburg at 12:18 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and a headlight violation. Skeens was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old David A. Martin of Marshall at 8:28 p.m. Friday in Saline County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (100 grams of marijuana) and speeding. Martin was taken to the Saline County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Leland A. Minnis of Marshall at 8:28 p.m. Friday in Saline County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (100 grams of marijuana). Minnis was taken to the Saline County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 20-year-old Emanual E. Bryant of Versailles at 4 p.m. Friday. He was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, speeding and was also wanted on a Miller County warrant for failure to appear. Bryant was taken to the Morgan County Jail.
