MSHP Arrest Reports for November 30, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Payton Parks of Clinton at 3:15 a.m. Saturday in Henry County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Parks was taken to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment and later released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Rayni E. Simons of Warsaw at 1:39 a.m. Saturday in Benton County. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no seat belt. Simons was taken to the Benton County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old Trey B. Snapp of Sedalia at 5:09 p.m. Thursday in Pettis County. Snapp was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Kevin D. Smarr of Warrensburg at 12:32 a.m. Thursday in Johnson County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding. Smarr was taken to the Johnson County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
