MSHP Arrest Reports for October 2, 2023
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42-year-old Michael J. Kauffman of Versailles at 1:46 p.m. Thursday in Johnson County. He was wanted on a felony warrant for probation and parole. Kauffman was taken to the Johnson County Jail with no bond.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 44-year-old Adam S. Howard of Versailles at 8:13 a.m. Wednesday in Morgan County. He was suspected of felony leaving the scene of an accident, felony driving while intoxicated resulting in a crash, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Howard was taken to the Morgan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Phuoc C. Hong of Warrensburg at 1:45 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. Hong was suspected of felony driving while intoxicated, speeding and was also wanted on a misdemeanor warrant out of Concordia for tall weeds and grass. Hong was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Kimberly R. Short of Knob Noster at 1:56 a.m. Saturday in Henry County. She was suspected of driving while intoxicated and speeding. Short was taken to the Henry County Jail, where she was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 52-year-old Michelle A. Larsen of Sedalia at 7:43 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. She was suspected of driving while intoxicated and cutting in on an overtaken vehicle. Larsen was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.
