MSHP Arrest Reports for October 22, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 32-year-old Kati N. Kelly of Warrensburg at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday in Johnson County. She was charged with felony DWI, assault on a law enforcement officer, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and willfully resisting a member of the Patrol. She was taken to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department for a 12-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 60-year-old George M. Blackmann of Clinton at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday in Henry County. He was wanted on two Cass County warrants, a Benton County warrant and a Clinton Municipal warrant. Blackmann was taken to the Henry County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 49-year-old Dusti Dusek of Barnett at 1:30 a.m. Thursday in Pettis County. She was charged with no valid operator's license, and was also wanted on a felony Miller County Sheriff's warrant. Dusek was taken to the Pettis County Sheriff's Department.
