MSHP Arrest Reports for October 31, 2022
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Diana Gorpinich of Sedalia at 3:34 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. She was suspected of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Gorpinich was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Jacolby S. Monteer of Sedalia at 1:56 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated and failure to have two lighted headlamps. Monteer was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Amber T. Racicot of Warrensburg at 12:36 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County. She was suspected of felony possession of a controlled substance (meth), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Racicot was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Miranda M. Heineken of Concordia at 6:43 p.m. Friday in Johnson County. She was suspected of felony leaving the scene of an accident, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and following too closely. Heineken was taken to Johnson County Jail, where she was booked and released.
